$20,000 gifted:
$10,000 went to pay for art and music provided by Mary Towne and Melanie White. All students receive art and music instruction weekly.
$5,000 went to pay for wireless access points throughout the campus.
$1,700 went to replace the computer in the library and purchase 5 digital cameras for kids to use.
$2,300 went to purchase science class tools (Microscopes).

2010

Funds provided make weekly art instruction possible for every K-6 student at Sycamore. The program focuses on artistic styles, compositions and artists while relating it with history and cultural influences. Students are provided instruction on basic art techniques and instruments. Products are shared with families, school and the community. 45 minutes of instruction is provided for every class room on a weekly basis.
