Over 200 Claremont Educational Foundation (CEF) supporters turned out on a beautiful Friday evening, November 20 to help celebrate and kick off CEF’s 2009-2010 Campaign.  Attendees included CUSD staff, parents and community leaders.  This was the 4th Annual kickoff event held again at the home of Ivan and Beth Misner in Claremont. 

CUSD’s new superintendent Dr. Terry Nichols was the honored guest of the evening, which raised just under $40,000 in pledges which is a wonderful start to what will hopefully be CEF’s most successful campaign ever. 

CEF would like to sincerely thank the Misner Family for opening up their home and for their continued support of public schools in Claremont.  CEF would also like to thank Casa de Salsa Restaurant for feeding everyone and Ray McNamara who provided the music for the evening
