You may register for the March Radness Dodgeball Tournament by printing the forms and turning them in to the CEF Office the deadline for entry. You may also submit materials electronically using these pdf versions of the forms, saving them, and emailing.
Please note that "Release and Waiver of Liability" form must be completed for all team members and all signatures must be original. If waivers are not delivered in advance of the event, they must be turned-in on site prior to tournament play.
